The units are immaculate, a nice size with a great breakfast...

Good tea and cereal to every taste. Amiable staff, particularly good and fantastic location near the centre of Minden. Also - very close to the beautiful as well as ideal-next to city center and the central bus station.

The staff here were amazingly friendly, the location in a peaceful area was fantastic with the added bonus of having both a Christmas market and a regular market nearby.

Excellent staff and service. Location was great for the event I attended. Many services offered.

This hotel was ideal place for exploring Minden, liked it. The room is reasonably priced. There was a buffet breakfast.

As a solo traveler, I loved the modern and sumptuous room with elegant decor and a comfy bed with great bed linen. The amenities, including a kettle and fridge, were above average for German hotels. The free car parking in front of the hotel and the ability to lock up bikes in the underground garage were convenient. The location was perfect for the Weser Radweg, and the receptionist was friendly and spoke perfect English.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints at all.

The location is good and the rooms are clean and ok

The service is a bit poor. We are a married couple and got a room with two single beds. We asked for a room with a double bed but at 3pm at the day the rooms haven't been cleaned yet and we had to be at a wedding at 4pm so we had no time to wait an hour for the room. The staff also made sure to blame us for the reason that we got two single beds as we should have written that in the reservation that we would like to get a double bed (reservation was for a doubleroom with a double bed). However, we stayed with two single beds. Also the bathroom has been quiet old. But the stay was alright and the hotel is ok so nothing really worrying had happened.

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, in a great location close to everything, and the owner was very helpful - overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Nice hotel right on the edge of the town center. Easy walk to old town and shops and restaurants. Lots of parking

Wi-fi connection was spotty and weak. Almost unusable for work. Room was behind the elevator so maybe that caused interference.

MOST of staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Great location. VERY good food. CLEAN rooms

No restaurant on Sunday and no room service on Sunday BUT on complaining the Manager apologized for room service not being available and promised to ensure this mistake would not happen again. So excellent customer service!

I had a great stay at this hotel! It is located in a quiet area, but still very close to the center of town. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed, including heating, a tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I also loved the terrace, where I could enjoy the fresh air and relax after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the carpeted floor added a touch of luxury. I was impressed with the quality of service and the comfort of this place.

This hotel is recommended for families.
